From the AP: WASHINGTON - President Bush, moving toward a constitutional showdown with Congress, asserted executive privilege Thursday and rejected lawmakers' demands for documents that could shed light on the firings of federal prosecutors.

Yes, God forbid there be some legal oversight given this administration's track record of shoddy and ill-conceived decisions. And like Al Capone being finally busted for tax evasion, the prosecutor firings was the least of BushCo's potential crimes. But it's a start.
